Advance:
A refundable security deposit is required to confirm your booking. For the 3BHK Villa, the deposit ranges between ₹7,000 – ₹8,000, while for 1BHK & 2BHK Villas, it ranges between ₹4,000 – ₹5,000. The deposit is collected prior to check-in via UPI, credit/debit card, or bank transfer. The full amount will be refunded within 3–5 working days after check-out, subject to no damages, rule violations, or delays during check-out. Any deductions, if applicable, will be communicated transparently.
